Top 5 Yoga Myths

So excited to announce that I’ll be presenting tips for yoga newbies under the fitness tents at the upcoming Rittenhouse Row Spring Festival (May 3rd)!

While I plan this mini-workshop, I realized I’d also like to include some major yoga myths, in the hopes of dispelling them and encouraging more newbies to unroll a mat and see what yoga’s all about.
