Yoga videos!

Good news: I’ll be posting videos with mini-sequences soon! If you don’t have a home practice already, rest assured that I’ll be keeping these videos short (between 5-15 minutes) so you can find ways to easily incorporate them into your day and you move at your own pace to build strength and endurance and gain flexibility.

The premiere of this video series will focus on restorative postures that can help alleviate low back pain (great after a day at the office, or an intense workout!)
